A Grateful Heart

The other day we while we were doing Isaac and Stephen’s spelling list we came to the word “much” and the sentence accompanying the word was, “He who is thankful for little things has much.” Gabriel has exemplified this lately and multiple times a day comes up to me to say thank you. “Thank you for my picture, Momma.” “Thank you for fixing lunch.” “Thank you for letting me have a card.” “Thank you for letting me sit in your lap.” He also come up to me and says, “I like you.” and “I like to be with you.” His sweet and simple thanks is a good reminder to me to be grateful for the many things, however simple, that I have. I will start with a big thing: I am thankful for this precious boy God has given us.
